Jim Fleenor is the founder of Fleenor Law, a personal injury law firm. He is a West Alabama native who has been representing the people of West Alabama for more than 25 years. His practice focuses primarily on assisting individuals with personal injury, car and truck accidents, wrongful death, consumer fraud, and black lung disease claims.

Jim began his legal career in Birmingham defending corporations and other large companies in lawsuits. After several years, he realized that his passion was to provide the same quality legal representation that corporations can afford to the people of West Alabama. He moved back to Tuscaloosa, his hometown, to start a new firm.

 

Jim is a first-generation college graduate. He grew up in a working-class family. With that background, he understands the importance of providing true access to quality legal representation to everyday people.

Jim started Fleenor Law with his wife, Stacey.  Stacey graduated with honors from The University of Alabama School of Law in 1994.  She assists in providing Fleenor Law clients with the personalized representation they want and deserve.
